Terms and conditions

This is to communicate to you the following terms and conditions for your wellbeing, the wellbeing of other clients, the safety of your items, belongings, household, and the cleaners’ well-being.

Pets:

If any pets belong to your household, kindly inform us prior to our arrival.

Temperature and Ventilation:

Kindly ensure the place is well ventilated and the temperature is maintained between 17–26°C for our cleaners to perform their duty in an appropriate environment.

Hazards:

For the safety of our staff, clients are responsible for informing Sole’s team of any potential hazards in the home.

Should Sole’s team cleaners deem hazards a risk to health and safety, services may be subject to cancellation. If no notice is given by the client 24 hours in advance, a late cancellation fee (75% of the booking value) will be applied.
